Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, minus shipping and handling charges. (Note: Dated magazines, kits, all digital downloads, and WorldCrafts hostess sample sets are nonreturnable. Items purchased on clearance are not refundable, but may be exchanged only if the item arrived damaged.) Please refer to return instructions on the back of your packing slip.

We cannot accept C.O.D. returns; shipping on all returns must be prepaid. For your protection, we suggest you return merchandise via insured mail, UPS, or other insured carriers.
